Tryouts for the 9 & 10 year old District All-Star Team will be held Friday evening on the Major League field starting at 7:00 P.M. A second 9 & 10 year old All-Star team will be entered into the Paramus Tournament, which will give additional players an opportunity to play in All-Star competition.

The Lions finished the season (13-2) and are the #1 seed in the playoffs. #2 seed Elks (10-5) will face #3 seed PBA (8-7) Thursday in a single game playoff elimination.

PBA beat Van Hook 8-7 in the final game of the Major League regular season on Tuesday night. The teams split their first two games earlier in the year. The win put PBA in the playoffs vs Elks on Thursday night.
